New Interview on Bedside Manners

We did our play Bedside Manners at the National Patient Safety Foundation Congress in May in New Orleans. It was an honor to have Lucian Leape introduce it. Doctors, nurses and others in health care, including patient advocates Patty Skolnick and Helen Haskell were in it.  It went very very well.
